Service Description

The Sunday Wind-Down offers a wonderful opportunity to move together in a way that is slow and mindful, unwinding from the week just gone and preparing for the week ahead. Through The Sunday Wind-Down, we’re able to transform self-care from an intangible concept into a practical part of our week. Here, we’re able to show up for ourselves and each other every week, developing better self-care and mental wellbeing along the way. Here are just somethings that you will learn: - Yin yoga postures that target the deep muscle tissues (fascia), which reduces tension and increases flexibility. - Meditation techniques that enhance mental wellbeing and combat stress. - Breathing practices that calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety. I can’t wait to share this special time with you. N.B. The Sunday Wind-Down is held on Zoom. For your convenience, please make sure that you look out for the details in the confirmation email and have created a Zoom account before the lesson starts.
